Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vladyslava Berova (“we”, “us”), 125 Albert St, Port Moody, BC V3H 0M8, Canada. By connecting your Google Drive to the bot you accept them.
What the service does
You send the bot a photo or a PDF of a receipt or invoice. It reads the document, shows you what it read, and — after you confirm — writes a row into a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive and files the document alongside it.
That is the whole of it. The bot keeps a record of what you spent. What you do with that record afterwards is up to you.
What the service is not
We are not your accountant or bookkeeper. Nobody reviews your books. No professional relationship is created by using the bot.
This is not tax advice. The bot does not decide what is deductible, does not tell you whether to register for GST/HST, and does not advise you on anything. Ask a qualified professional.
The bot does not file anything with the CRA or with any other authority, and never will on your behalf.
Your records remain your responsibility. Canadian law requires you to keep your business records, and to keep them correct. The bot helps you do that; it does not do it for you, and it does not discharge any obligation you have.
You check the reading before it is saved
The document is read by an AI model. It gets things right most of the time and it will get things wrong sometimes — a smudged total, an ambiguous date, a merchant name spelled oddly. This is why the bot shows you a card with what it read and waits for you to confirm.
Confirming means you have checked it. Rows that turn out wrong are yours to correct — the spreadsheet is in your Drive and you can edit it directly.
One rule worth knowing: the bot records GST/HST only when it is printed on the document as a separate line, and only from your GST/HST registration date onwards. It never calculates tax from a percentage. If your registration date is wrong in the settings, the tax will be recorded wrongly — and only you can know the right date.
Your data and your files
The folder, the books and the receipt files belong to you and live in your Google account. We never own them and we cannot delete them.
You grant the bot permission to create and edit those files, and nothing else. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability
We do our best to keep the bot running, but the service is provided as is. It depends on Telegram, on Google and on an AI provider, and any of them can be slow or unavailable. There is no uptime guarantee.
If the bot cannot record a receipt, it tells you so. It does not silently drop anything — but do keep your paper receipts until you see the row.
Acceptable use
- Use the bot for your own business records.
- Do not send documents that are not yours to send.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- One connected Google account per business.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Your files stay yours.
Payments
The service is free to use at the moment. If that changes, the terms of the subscription will be set out here and you will be told before anything is charged.
Ending it
Send /disconnect at any time. The bot stops writing and forgets
its key to your Drive. Nothing is deleted: your folder, your books and your
receipts stay exactly where they are.
We may end the service — for you or altogether — with reasonable notice. In that case too, nothing of yours is removed: it was never in our hands.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including any penalty, interest or reassessment that follows from a record you did not check.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer-protection law, and nothing in them displaces your own obligation to keep correct business records.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the bot will tell you in Telegram before the change takes effect. Continuing to use it after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
